I'm happy to assist you right in your own home here in the greater Palmyra-Macedon area. We'll take all the time you need, and I'll explain things in plain, everyday words.

I know firsthand how it feels when someone you love gets taken advantage of, so your safety and security mean everything to me.

- I'll gently show you how to spot a scam, so you can feel confident saying no.
- If something doesn't feel right, I'll help you report it to the right people, step by step, so you're not facing it alone.
- If you've already been scammed, please don't feel embarrassed. It happens to so many good people. I'll calmly walk you through the next steps, like changing passwords, calling your bank, and keeping your accounts safe.

Technology can feel frustrating, especially when it keeps changing. None of it is your fault, and there's no such thing as a silly question. With care and patience, I'm happy to help with the everyday things that matter most to you:
- Your phone, and learning to use it with confidence

- Getting your Wi-Fi working
- Email, and saving and sharing your photos
- Video calls with your kids and grandkids
- Streaming services and smart TVs
- Spotting scams, and keeping your accounts safe
- Simple AI Help, like asking ChatGPT a question or talking to Alexa, explained in plain words and at your own pace
- Online returns, customer service, and tech support calls. I'm happy to talk to the robots so you don't have to.
If you'd like to learn how, I'll gladly show you, as many times as you like. If you'd rather I just take care of it, that's perfectly okay too.
How a visit works
$80 for a 90-minute visit in your home
This includes two follow-up phone calls that same month, so you're not on your own if a question comes up after I leave.
- We start with a friendly chat. Call or text whenever you're ready. Tell me a little about what's going on, and we'll choose a day that suits you.
- I come to your home. We sit down together and go at your pace, one step at a time. You stay in charge of your passwords the whole time.
- I'm still here afterward. If something comes up later, your two follow-up calls are there for you.

I'm not a call center or a company with a script. I'm a person, someone right here in your community. I'll sit down with you, listen, and help figure things out together. I'm always happy to show you the same thing twice.
I help the way I'd want someone to help my own family: with care, with patience, and always safely and honestly.
Before this, I spent years helping people learn new technology at work, rolling out new systems and writing easy-to-follow guides.
